The new 800t-swager counts with the same innovative hydraulic conception and new HMI operating system, both of which are known already from the new 400t-swager. Easy to use operating controls have been developed to define a swaging cycle with adjustable piston speed and piston stroke. The programmable automatic interruption of the swaging cycle further simplifies the work with the swager.

 An HMI touchscreen offers for the operator a direct access to a digital manometer, to the timer for adjusting the piston stroke and to a scale for optimising the piston speed. Talurit swagers are fully equipped production machines and the 800t-swagers covers are working range up to wire rope diameter 56mm.

 The press die holder is guided by guiding bolts and enables the use of a wide range of press dies. The press die holder counts on built-in guiding rulers which help to slide-in big press dies, for a speedy and safe preparation of the swaging process. It can be selected to install the die holder in a 37° angle or square within the swager, which allows the operator to find an ideal working position for the swaging process.

 Time saving functions and an intelligent construction make the work with the 800t-swager speedy and simple for the operator. Especially the electronic piston stroke limiter, the automatic swaging cycle and the overall ergonomic design of the new 800t-swager, make it possible to swage steel wire rope with an optimum cycle time.
