Sims Crane announced the appointment of CCO
Sims Crane+Equipment Co., a provider of crane, rigging and lifting solutions across the Southeast, announced the appointment of Srdjan Vukajlovic as chief commercial officer, effective Oct. 5.

Vukajlovic will lead the company’s sales division, with responsibility for identifying market opportunities, advancing commercial strategy and strengthening the company’s approach to customer and revenue growth.
“Srdjan brings the commercial insight and leadership experience to take our sales organization forward with a clear focus on where the greatest opportunities exist,” said Deborah Weber, chief executive officer and president of Sims Crane & Equipment. “He understands how to connect market strategy with customer needs and position a sales team to pursue meaningful, sustainable growth. Vukajlovic brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial strategy, executive leadership, operations and financial management. He has a proven track record of helping organizations identify opportunities for growth, strengthen business performance and translate commercial priorities into measurable results.
His experience also includes developing scalable business processes, navigating organizational change and building relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups. That background will support his work leading the Sims sales team and developing a coordinated approach to market expansion and customer development.
As chief commercial officer, Vukajlovic will focus on strengthening the company’s sales organization and positioning Sims to capitalize on opportunities across the markets it serves.
