06/03/2025 – Surface treatment / cleaning

Economical and sustainable cleaning of fasteners

Screws, nuts, washers, springs, clamps – fasteners are essential for safe and reliable assembly. In the course of increasing demands on technical cleanliness in industrial production, fasteners also have to meet increasingly higher particulate and filmic cleanliness specifications.

For efficient and short cleaning processes, the systems are equipped with various application-specific process technologies. This includes high-pressure spraying with a pressure of up to 16 bar for solvent systems, which is used for densely packed batches of bulk goods and complex parts. © Ecoclean
