800t-swager for swaged wire rope end connections
Wire rope confectioners rely since 75 years on “Talurit” swagers when it comes to swaged wire rope end connections. “Talurit” swagers are continuously enhanced and an extensive assortment of accessories gives many possibilities to customise them.
The new 800t-swager counts with the same innovative hydraulic conception and new HMI operating system, both of which are known already from the new 400t-swager. © Talurit
Talurit swagers are fully equipped production machines and the 800t-swagers covers are working range up to wire rope diameter 56mm. © Talurit
The press die holder is guided by guiding bolts and enables the use of a wide range of press dies. © Talurit
An HMI touchscreen offers for the operator a direct access to a digital manometer, to the timer for adjusting the piston stroke and to a scale for optimising the piston speed. © Talurit
