New international exhibition formats for growth markets
For Wafios, expanding their global presence at trade fairs is one of the key factors in establishing dialogue with customers and presenting new technologies.

Therefore, the company has increased their international trade fair participation from 29 (2022) to 38 (2023). They are close to their customers and know the markets and requirements. For this reason, Wafios has been instrumental in the expansion of “wire and Tube” trade fairs worldwide. The first was “wire Eurasia” in Istanbul, which covers the important Turkish market and is the gateway to the Arab markets. “The wire Eurasia was a great success for us and brought us new projects,” says Dr.-Ing. Uwe-Peter Weigmann (Spokesman of the board, Wafios). „wire and Tube Middle East Africa” (Cairo, Egypt, hall 4 / booth C 23), “wire China” (Shanghai, China, booth E1A03) and “wire South East Asia” (Bangkok, Thailand, hall 103, booth E01) offer the same potential. Wafios also cover their core markets of Italy (9 to 13 October, Gravedona ed Utili) and France (11 to 15 September, Ecuelles) with their own in-house shows and a wide range of machines on display.
