Daniel Zappa most recently served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and has many years of leadership experience within the international Schlatter Group. Thanks to his comprehensive knowledge of the market, customers, and technology, he is ideally qualified to consistently drive the company’s strategic development forward.
 As part of the reorganization, Roger Widmer will assume the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) effective August 1, 2026, and will become a member of the Executive Board. Roger Widmer has been with the Schlatter Group for more than twenty years and most recently served as Head of Project and Product Management as well as Deputy CSO.
 With this internal succession plan, Schlatter is deliberately focusing on continuity and on experienced leaders from within its own ranks. The new management structure lays the foundation for consistently implementing the company’s strategic initiatives and for further strengthening the competitiveness of the internationally active group on a sustainable basis.
