MacGillivary brings 25 years of financial leadership experience to Sims Crane, with a proven track record of transforming financial operations and helping companies navigate significant growth, acquisitions and strategic transactions. Throughout her career, she has led numerous acquisitions, multiple exit processes and an initial public offering across industries including transportation, financing, logistics and energy.

MacGillivary joins Sims Crane from Channel Partners, where she served as chief financial officer since 2019, leading the company’s finance, accounting, payroll, tax, human resources and legal functions.

Previously, MacGillivary served as chief financial officer of Nicholas Financial, where she oversaw SEC reporting, investor relations and capital markets activity. She also held finance leadership roles at Teco Energy and began her career at Ernst+Young and Arthur Andersen.

A certified public accountant, MacGillivary holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is also a member of the Young Men’s Service League.
