New Chairman of the Executive Board of Leoni AG
The Supervisory Board of Leoni AG decided to appoint Klaus Rinnerberger as the company's future Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The current Chairman of the Supervisory Board will succeed Aldo Kamper, whose contract ended on March 31, 2023. Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) Hans-Joachim Ziems will assume the function of Spokesperson of the Executive Board until Rinnerberger takes office.
