She succeeds Dennis Grimm, who is stepping down as Chief Operating Officer and Spokesman of the Executive Board by mutual agreement.

The Board also renewed CFO Philipp Conze’s mandate for five years while appointing Wilfried von Rath as Chief Human Resources Officer alongside his group role at Thyssenkrupp AG.

Jaroni will temporarily oversee production operations in addition to strategic management until the position of Chief Production Officer is filled. Supervisory Board Chair Ilse Henne praised her “strategic vision and commitment,” while Deputy Chair Knut Giesler highlighted her success in collective bargaining negotiations, calling it “a strong foundation of trust” for her new role.
