“Cable & Wire Fair 2025” and more ... – read in our new issue with focus on “Cable+Ropes” about materials, production, handling systems, process control, and quality management. Many of the companies featured in this issue will also be exhibiting at the “Cable & Wire Fair” in New Delhi, India. Several Indian manufacturers also presents their products in this issue of WIRE. In the field of cable production, we present several stranders and look at fast rewinding in addition to extrusion. The marking of cables and optical fibres is also covered in the report. There is a contribution from Austria on wire coating and hairpins for electric motor construction. In line with the focus topic, we also present a new wire rope.
