New high-quality bending for electric conductors
The “FMU 40 E” is a powerful bending machine for producing hairpins and electromagnetic coils. The machine offers a revolutionary bending technique and straightforward operation with the “WPS 3.2 Easy Way” programming system. It has a unique machine concept for the production of hairpins, electromagnetic coils and stator connection assemblies on one machine. The patented tool system combines active rotary-draw bending with the agility of conventional wire bending tools and actively prevents thickening of the material. The newly developed feed unit prevents deformations in the profiled material and a simulation of the bending process allows to check feasibility and avoid collisions. The new “HQ” bending technique combines in a unique way the advantages of forging tools with the flexibility of a CNC bending process.

High-end bending of pre-hardened tubes
Uncompromisingly efficient, the “RBV 60 ST” is a stabilizer bar bending machine for tube diameters of 20mm to 35mm that has been designed to meet the requirements from the cold-forming industry for processing pre-hardened tubes. To meet tightest bending radii and shortest clamping length requirements, there are different requirements on the tool and machine concept. Especially in terms of the tube

Higher spring quality with the “PTP” coiling pin holder
The “FUL 16+” compression spring machine is the successor to the “FUL 16”. Optimum output and pioneering drive technologies are combined in a modern and functional design. The machine provides increased dynamics and speed as well as a highperformance “WPS 3.2 Easy Way” programming system. The future-oriented machine concept offers individual configurations for all kinds of applications. The “PTP” coiling pin holder for regulating initial tension will be displayed at the show. It can be used for all kinds of compression springs and extension spring strands for sectors such as automotive, consumer goods, medical devices, and technical components.

Bending of micro parts for the medical and electrical industries
The “BMZ 6” is a unique and innovative CNC tube bending machine that has specifically been designed for the production of micro parts. The “BMZ 6” offers modularity for highly complex workpieces by combining different bending techniques with additional operations such as free-form bending, cutting, forming and winding. The “BMZ 6” allows short clamping lengths and features different bending techniques like roll bending, bending from opposite ends and bending around the gripper jaw. The “BMZ 6” is the smallest machine in the BMZ series. It provides maximum freedom in terms of geometry with two bending modules, various bending processes and tools as well as flexible, universal tool solutions. The “BMZ 6” is characterized by high flexibility and a high degree of automation. Optionally the machine can be equipped with “Easy Robot”.
