If customers are looking to pack building cables in short lengths of 10m or 100m in an environmentally friendly manner, the fully automatic spooler “FS200” is the ideal solution. This compact single-head spooling machine is designed to neatly pack flexible products such as filaments and copper wires onto spools made of recycled plastic or cardboard.

The end of the product is secured to the spool with a stretch film, which can also be a biodegradable variety, already tested and approved by Windak.

Attendees can experience the machine's efficiency and precision firsthand through live demonstrations scheduled daily at 10:00 and 14:00, at Windak's booth.

In a significant development, Windak is set to launch the new “Transformable AR Spooler” at “wire 2024”. This pivotal game-changer in spooling technology is the most versatile spooler on the market. Its innovative design allows reconfiguration for two size ranges – 200mm to 450mm and 300mm to 600mm – and a switch between “Left to Right” or “Right to Left” operation, catering to diverse industry needs.

Alongside these technological showcases, Windak will introduce its new website with improved service support, designed to enhance user experience.
