This innovative system achieves what was previously impossible: practical stranding rotor speeds up to 500rpm combined with three times higher wire loading capacity (510kg per spool), delivering unprecedented economic advantages. Unlike conventional Rigid Stranders utilizing rotating cage arrangements, the Central Strander employs concentric spool positioning around the rotation axis, eliminating time-consuming spool change operations and enabling continuous production.

The system achieves impressive filling capacity up to 550kg aluminum (245 liters per spool) while maintaining superior production speeds that dramatically outperform traditional methods. Available in Twin-Version “MKZT” (dual spools per wire) and Single-Version “MKZS” configurations, the technology enables simultaneous stranding and respooling operations, guaranteeing minimal standstill times. This continuous operation capability addresses manufacturing bottlenecks that traditionally reduce efficiency by up to 50%.

With over 100 machines delivered worldwide, the Central Strander has proven reliability across diverse manufacturing environments. The system excels in manufacturing round or sectoral compacted conductors, overhead transmission lines (ACSR, AAC, AAAC), cable shielding, and armoring applications, consolidating multiple processes into one highly efficient platform that redefines industry standards.
