The system achieves impressive filling capacity up to 550kg aluminum (245 liters per spool) while maintaining superior production speeds that dramatically outperform traditional methods. Available in Twin-Version “MKZT” (dual spools per wire) and Single-Version “MKZS” configurations, the technology enables simultaneous stranding and respooling operations, guaranteeing minimal standstill times.
