New generation of multiwire drawing lines
Maschinenfabrik Niehoff, one of the leading manufacturers of machinery for the wire and cable industry, will be exhibiting at the wire 2020 under the exhibition motto “Sustainability”.

On the stand will be demonstrated:
– a multiwire drawing line type “MMH 112” + “RM 202” + “S 632”
– a “BMV 16” type rotary braiding machine with integrated “BAS 800” take-up and pay-off unit
– a “D 632” type double twist bunching machine with “ARP 630” pay off
The MMH 112 + RM 202 + S 632 embodies a new generation of multiwire drawing lines and will be shown in operation several times a day with a moderator explaining its features. This will be a world first kind of presenting a wire drawing machine.
The BMV 16 + BAS 800 braider is connected with digitizing technologies which enable a considerable increase of rotational speed, material savings and quality improvement.
On the upper floor, Niehoff’s after-sales-service will be introducing its offer and wear parts with the „Niehoff Original+“ label. These products help increase the efficiency of Niehoff systems over the long term. The visitors will also learn how they can benefit from Niehoff’s digitization concept.
