New “Online Curing Control”
OCC the “Online Curing Control” Maillefer’s digital deployments normally combine a physical process model with additional instrumentation and online diagnostics, enabling the prediction of abnormal process behaviours before critical quality issues take place.

With “Online Curing Control” (OCC customer can manage curing process in real time using exact process measurements. As a result, there are fewer scrap and cable failures. Recently, Maillefer has introduced several new components to this concept, which will further enhance this digital supervision of the power cable manufacturing process.
The benefits are:
– Core curing using measured process values
– Alert when the curing degree drops below the accepted level
– Less production scrap and cable failures due to insufficient curing.
