As the leading platform for the wire and cable sector across the ASEAN region, the exhibition offers outstanding opportunities for professionals to connect, exchange ideas, and explore the latest industry developments.

Located at Stand E 01, the IWMA Pavilion - featuring dedicated booths from members such as Aversion Technologies, AFH, Key Rate, Metalube, Proton Products, Qunye and Rautomead, will once again serve as a central hub for members and visitors throughout the show. The IWMA team - Chairman Willibert Dautzenberg, Executive Manager Jessica Bennett, and Marketing Executive Katie Houston - will be on-site to meet attendees, discuss membership benefits, and share how the association continues to support businesses and professionals across the global wire and cable industry.

IWMA is also delighted to announce its technical conference, taking place during wire Southeast Asia on Thursday 18th September at BITEC. Delivered in partnership with Messe Düsseldorf Asia, this one-day event will bring together global leaders and innovators for a programme of expert insights, technical exploration, and international perspectives.

Under the theme “Connecting Innovation: Driving Growth in the Wire and Cable Industry”, the conference will explore the latest trends, technologies, and best practices shaping the sector’s future. Open to all exhibition attendees, sessions are designed to support manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, and technical professionals with forward-thinking, practical content.

The speaker programme will feature presentations covering wire drawing, process automation, materials technology, and sustainable manufacturing. IWMA is also pleased to confirm participation from CRU Group, a leading provider of business intelligence for the global metals industry, adding valuable market context to the day.

Two expert panel discussions will complement the presentations: the first will explore growth opportunities within the ASEAN wire and cable industry, while the second will examine global trends and challenges shaping the wider market. Both panels will be chaired by Chenfei Wang of CRU. The full speaker line-up and schedule will be announced in early September.

In addition, IWMA will host an exclusive member networking evening at Cielo Sky Bar on Thursday 18th September, offering stunning city views and a relaxed setting to connect with industry peers. Just five BTS stops from BITEC, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy exhibition day. Each member company may register up to two complimentary guests, with additional tickets available for purchase. Spaces are limited- book now via the IWMA website to secure your place!

IWMA is excited to return to Bangkok and looks forward to welcoming members, exhibitors, and visitors for an inspiring and memorable exhibition this September.
