Setic is proud to participate this year again at the “wire China” 2020. Setic, Pourtier, and C2S will have once again their own booth – for the first time into the French Pavilion.

“wire China” remains an excellent venue to show innovative solutions, and Setic is glad that the organizers decided to hold the fair against the background of declining infection figures with the Covoid-19 virus.
Setic remains to be the leader in LAN, data and special cable manufacturing solutions. Since the last wire show, Setic has successfully developed, designed, delivered and commissioned several pairing and assembling lines dedicated for LAN cables.
Pourtier still focused on tailored designed/made equipment used in submarine, umbilical cables and oil+gas application has developed heavy duty design for stranding of conductor, laying up and amouring application with their planetary stranders. Pourtier remains the leader in Milliken and specialized in rotating machines for power cables.
C2S takes care of all wire and cable production lines, whatever the brand of the rotating equipment. 70,000 spare parts references are distributed worldwide. A team of high qualified technicians is continuously trained to manage troubleshooting and urgent repairs, and the division also offers dedicated services such as periodical visit contracts, transfer and restart operations, training and consulting. C2S is being assigned upgrading projects on all brands wire and cable equipment, also for special and customized projects (mechanical / electrical interventions, or process improvements with know-how transfer).
