Nikhil Nevatia, Executive Director and a Harvard Alumnus focused on forward integration and diversified further into Stainless Steel Fine wires and Nevinox Welding wires like MIG, TIG & SAW. Today with two plants, the combined stainless steel wire manufacturing capacity is 12,000 MT per annum.

 In a move to bolster its manufacturing capabilities and explore advancements in wire production, Nevatia Steel is pleased to announce the opening of a cutting-edge new factory dedicated to stainless steel wires. This state-of-the-art facility, operational as of 2024, is specifically designed to produce spring wire and welding consumables, significantly estimated to increasing Nevatia Steel's annual production capacity to 18,000 metric tons. The new factory incorporates cutting-edge technologies to ensure the highest quality and performance of its wire products. The focus on spring wire and welding consumables caters to the growing demand for these critical materials in various industries.

 Nevatia Steel wires are manufactured in compliance with International standards of quality and are in accordance with customer’s stringent specifications. Wires are made in variety of Grades in the size range of 0.08mm – 12.00mm, having demanding applications in various fields making springs, screws, rivets, nails, sieves, wire mesh, fasteners, wall ties, kitchenware, EPQ for baskets and trolleys, filler wire, electrodes, etc. They are also used in Automotive, Marine, Petrochemical, Food and Paper industries. The size range of bright bars varies from 2.00mm to 6.35mm in diameter.

 Their Products are exported across the Globe, including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Poland, Spain, The Netherlands, Turkey, U.K., USA, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

 “Nevinox” brand MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) stainless steel filler welding wire have been accredited with Deutsche Bahn (DB) , Bureau Veritas for marine applications, TUV for pressure vessels and equipment and CE Mark.
