Ultimation’s product line is not limited to standard wire forming machines, as they also design and manufacture special purpose models to suit customer requirements.

Ultimation world leaders in 2D wire forming and welding machines, are pleased to return to “wire” in 2020 and will be exhibiting the following machines:
– “UCW-40” Cross/Brace Wire Tee Welding Machine, which is designed for the automatic T welding of cross wires (bracewires) into frames used for appliance shelving and air conditioning units.
– “UMW-40” Wire Forming and Welding Machine, suitable for a wire range of 2.00 – 4.00mm specifically designed for manufacturers of air filter frames, lampshades, point of purchase displays and many other applications.

The UMW can be combined with the UCW-40 model, to create an integrated forming and welding cell, to produce completed frames with all wires fed direct from coil.

The full Ultimat UM range of 2-axis, PC-controlled wire forming machines feature a “closed die” forming and cutting system, giving a high-quality square, burr free cut and butt weld. Options available include Secondary Bend Heads for intricate forms. The versatile ultimat design negates the need for special tooling to produce high-quality parts and components. Special Ultimat versions can be supplied for use with flat strip or profiled wire. Their staff and international agents look forward to welcoming visitors at their booth.
