2D/3D-welding system for small and medium batches
“Posiweld CNC” is a jig welding system for joining two- or three-dimensional wire products in a one and only operation. The cell is designed for an economic manufacture of wire products in small up to medium batch sizes.

With the “Posiweld CNC” system, Swiss enterprise Schlatter offers a flexible CNC welding cell. The rotating turntable design allows a single operator to load and unload the work holding fixture while the machine is operating. Thanks to the flexibility and variability of this machine it can be used in all different kinds of welding applications for products such as point of purchase displays, shopping cart components, three-dimensional wire baskets and fan guards as well as all types of white goods applications.
