Where will my market be in the future? It is a question that countless businesses in the spring, wire and cable industry are currently asking. At some sites in Germany, the issue of location is already being raised, in view of rising energy costs. Trade fairs can provide clues and right now in the late summer of 2023, several fairs are lining up like pearls on a string. In Cairo, ‘wire and Tube Middle East Africa’ launches from 2 to 4 September. Then from 4 to 7 September, ‘wire China’ follows on seamlessly in Shanghai. It is succeeded by ‘wire Southeast Asia’ in Bangkok, from 20 to 22 September. In October, then comes ‘wire South America’ from the 3rd to the 5th in Sao Paulo and, from the 6th to the 8th, ‘Cable+Wire Fair India’ in New Delhi. Opportunities enough, then, for manufacturers to present their new introductions around the world.
