Zwick Roell becomes majority shareholder
Testing machine manufacturer Zwick Roell further expands the company’s materials testing portfolio, and as of January 1, 2021 will assume majority shares in Emco-Test Prüfmaschinen GmbH. Emco-Test is a leader in hardness testing, with headquarters in Kuchl, Austria.
