The new facility is housed in a modern commercial building with attached warehouse in Santiago de Querétaro, commonly known as Querétaro. The excellent logistical location in central Mexico will enable both companies to support their customers with a reliable and quick spare parts supply. Well-trained technicians, who speak the language of their customers, stand ready to carry out service measures and to give their customers competent advice regarding the energy and material efficient operation of their production equipment and the acquisition of new machinery.

The team of Niehoff Mexico s.r.l. has a workforce of 11 persons including five service technicians. Rosendahl Nextrom will start with a core team of three persons covering spare part handling, after sales service and local sales support.

Niehoff, specialized in machinery for the production of non-ferrous wires and their processing into automotive, power, data and special cables, and Rosendahl Nextrom, specialized in extrusion systems for the insulation of wires and the sheathing of all kinds of electrical cables as well as production technologies for the optical fiber industry, cultivate a close partnership with similar values and objectives. Both companies share more than ten years of experience in working together in an international sales and service center.

Many products from both companies complement each another and many wire & cable manufacturers use machinery from both companies. Thus, the operation of a common sales and service center enables Niehoff and Rosendahl Nextrom also to benefit from synergy effects.
