The Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp?Steel?Europe?AG has appointed Marie?Jaroni as Chief?Executive?Officer, effective?1?November?2025, extending her contract for five?years.

She succeeds Dennis?Grimm, who is stepping down as?Chief?Operating?Officer and?Spokesman?of?the?Executive?Board by mutual agreement.

The Board also renewed CFO?Philipp?Conze’s?mandate for five?years while appointing Wilfried?von?Rath as?Chief?Human?Resources?Officer alongside his group?role at Thyssenkrupp?AG.

Jaroni will temporarily oversee production operations in addition to strategic management until the position of Chief?Production?Officer is filled. Supervisory?Board?Chair?Ilse?Henne praised her “strategic vision and commitment,” while Deputy?Chair?Knut?Giesler highlighted her success in collective?bargaining negotiations, calling it “a strong foundation of trust for her new role.
