International Spring Makers Conference
On June, 22nd 2022, the “International Spring Makers Conference” of the European Spring Federation (ESF) took place at the “wire” in Düsseldorf.

Paul-Bernd Vogtland, President of the European Spring Federation (ESF), welcomed more than 90 international guests to the event. The joy of meeting in person again after more than two years of Covid Pandemic was clearly appreciable. Afterwards, the General Secretary of the ESF, Michael Hagedorn, informed about the worldwide standardization activities in the field of technical springs. Key Note Speaker Michael Thiele, Arcelor Mittal Hamburg GmbH, gave insights into the challenges of the steel industry with carbon neutral steel. At the concluding “Come together”, there was a lively exchange between the participants in a relaxed atmosphere.
