Acquisition of Impact Formulators Group
Global Polymer Solutions S.L. (“Delta Tecnic” or the “Group”), an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Growth III SCSp (“Investindustrial”), has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Impact Formulators Group S.r.l. (“IFG”), a leading Italian producer of additive and colour masterbatches.
