For three-quarters of a century, WIRE, the English-language sister publication of DRAHT, has accompanied an industry that connects our world in the truest sense of the word: wires, cables and complex cable systems may be inconspicuous in everyday life, but they are indispensable for energy, mobility, digitalisation and communication – and therefore for our modern, interconnected world.

The English-language WIRE is the gateway to the world. It became clear to Meisenbach Verlag at an early stage that our customers operate in international markets and that a German-language edition could no longer fully meet their needs. WIRE brings developers, machine manufacturers, suppliers, start-ups and global players together – regardless of time zones, languages and continents.
