– High-Precision Forming (HTC): CNC Spring Coilers (up to 12-axis, 0.06mm to 18.0mm) and Spring Formers (up to 21-axis, 0.2mm – 7.0mm) serve as the production core.
– Synchronised Heat Treatment (HSI): Parts move directly into electric stress-relieving furnaces, which meet the rigorous AIAG CQI-9 and AMS2750 standards.
– Automated Cooling and Counting (HSI): The line is completed by variable-speed cooling fans and elevating conveyors that link directly to parts collectors. These systems count by piece, time, or weight, using standard bins or custom containers for streamlined logistics.
Optimised production ecosystem
This synergy between HTC’s forming stability and HSI’s automated peripheral systems ensure a continuous and stable workflow. By integrating these specific technologies, manufacturers can achieve precise quality control—from the initial wire pay-off to the final counted spring – within a single, automated ecosystem.
