Automechanika is the international meeting place for the industry, dealership trade and maintenance and repair segment. For Eibach, the leading manufacturer of high-quality suspension and chassis systems, the trade fair is the ideal platform to spotlight its Eibach Replacement Line (ERL), Heavy Duty Suspension, Pro-Kit and Sportline product lines.

Replacement line
The Eibach Replacement Line (ERL) meets the increasing demand for replacement springs. For this series of products, the family-owned company from the Sauerland region has applied its accumulated know-how from original equipment, tuning and motorsport to develop an attractive range of replacement springs. The range includes around 1,200 standard replacement springs of the high quality that Eibach is known for, at a lower aftermarket price.

Eibach therefore provides an important contribution to the reliable supply of spare parts, as even standard suspension springs have become expendable parts in recent years.

This is due to an ongoing effort to reduce the weight of all components in the automotive industry. As a result, chassis springs are becoming lighter and lighter, which increases the risk of spring fracture. Every year, hundreds of thousands of standard springs have to be replaced due to spring fracture.

With the new, state-of-the-art Wiethfeld logistics center situated between Finnentrop and Attendorn, Eibach serves this prospering market and further expands the unique selling point of the Eibach Replacement Line, "Development, Production and Logistics in Germany."

Heavy duty suspension and armoured vehicles
With Heavy Duty Suspension, Eibach addresses those customers who are looking for unique solutions for special applications. Examples include: special vehicles for all types of demanding operations such as ambulances, armored and light tactical vehicles, as well as support and patrol vehicles.

Each vehicle presents a unique challenge to the integrity of the suspension system. Eibach developments ensure that these vehicles can be safely controlled in an emergency, even with heavy weights and poor road surfaces.

“Pro-Kit” – performance springs
The Eibach Pro-Kit is the perfect solution for series production vehicles. The proven spring system lowers the vehicle's center of gravity and reduces bounce when accelerating, reduces body roll when cornering and dips when braking.

The Eibach Pro-Kit, in combination with suitable wheels and tires, guarantees success for optimum performance. In addition, the lowered centre of gravity reduces the distance between the tires and the wheel arch and gives the vehicle a sporty look.

“Sportline“ – Sport performance springs
With the Sport Performance Springs, Eibach goes one step further. The extreme-performance spring set, which has been specially tuned for motorsport enthusiasts, achieves legendary handling by aggressively lowering your car’s centre of gravity, using our precision-engineered progressive spring rates.
