Expansion of a Japanese “Hicon/H2” bell-type annealer facility
Austrian Ebner Industrieofenbau Gesellschaft m.b.H. has received an order from Japan for the supply of two additional gas-fired heating hoods.

Leonding/Austria (Ebner) – They extend an existing “Hicon/H2” furnace plant, which forms and recrystallises steel coils. The plant now consists of 20 annealing bases, twelve heating hoods and ten cooling hoods. With these heating hoods, the Japanese company is reacting to the changed requirements for annealing modern steels.
