Pickling acid regeneration

Crystal unit for continuous regeneration of 5,000l/h of sulphuric acid. © Condoroil
Crystallization “Crystal” units are used for the continuous regeneration of the sulphuric acid solution through the separation of the by-product ferrous sulphate while Acid retardation “resibed” units are used for the continuous regeneration of the pickling acid mixtures used in the stainless steel pickling, both traditional (nitro-hydrofluoric) and nitric free (sulpho-hydrofluoric).
