The optimised bi-flow manifolds enable precise wall thickness, centricity and roundness of the cable. Short dwell times, streamlined flow channels and efficient water tempering enable long production lengths and smooth layer surfaces. To ensure continuity in production for many years, the Conical flow pieces are made of nitrided steel. The centering of all layers can be adjusted independently.
