Product and line data are graphically displayed and related to each other. This way, errors are immediately visible. For example, the zoom-in function can be used to select a single frequency band that the product performance was specified for. In addition, a threshold value for the critical heights of FFT peaks can be defined so that a warning will be generated if this value is exceeded. Besides to the absolute FFT monitoring, it has also the option to compare a current FFT spectrum with a stored reference good production spectrum. With this comparison their customers get the possibility of monitoring the performance and reliability of a production line over days, months and years.
