In particular, the latest solutions for shaving (draw-peeling) will be on display. This technology can be used in the production of wires with high surface quality requirements. In addition to applications in steel wire, the process can also be used in the production of copper wire for electro-mobility. The solutions for automated wire handling will also be on show. The demand for such drawing systems has increased in recent years in particular and improved the availability of the systems while maintaining a high safety standard and minimising the strain on the system operator. This will help to improve the OEE of such systems. Kieselstein is looking forward to exchanging ideas with wire manufacturers in Mexico.
