Komax extends service and promises 20% higher productivity
Cable processor Komax is expanding its service. Every of the 17 offers is supposed to improve the performance of the company’s products and thus the productivity of its customers. The offer is available for all brands and products of the enterprises Komax, TSK and Kabatec.
The company groups its services into five categories. The aim is to make it easier to find the right service under “Digital Services”, “Consulting and Installation”, “Technical Support and Maintenance”, “Upgrades and Enhancements” and “Certified Trainings”, carried out by the Komax Academy. Driving force was the customers’ needs, emphasizes Komax. The at present 17 offers were either created on demand or improved by feedback. Each individual service delivers added value in addition to the increased performance of the Komax product, such as more consistent quality, higher availability, longer life, or greater process reliability. The services improved productivity by 20% and more, and accordingly increased the return on investment.
