First near-zero carbon galvanized steel wires production line
Anbao Corp's first near-zero carbon galvanized steel wires production line has been upgraded and officially put into operation, with a capacity of 100,000t.

Anbao has taken a significant step in the green and low-carbon transformation of the steel wires industry by adopting advanced green hydrogen metallurgy technology, replacing the traditional coking coal open-hearth furnace with hydrogen. This technology reduces reliance on fossil fuels during steel wires annealing and significantly lowers carbon emissions. This project uses open-hearth furnace direct annealing of steel wires with hydrogen as the core, achieving the expected annealing efficiency, while also using a green electric furnace to further optimize energy utilization. Compared to traditional production processes, this new production line can reduce carbon emissions by 50% to 80%. This production line will be fully applied to the production of Anbao Corp's full range of 0.15mm to 8.00mm galvanized steel wires products.
