Dosing units, volumetric and gravimetric mixing stations
Woywod Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH+Co. Vertriebs-KG have been producing high quality “Plasticolor” dosing units, volumetric and gravimetric mixing stations, hopper loaders and drying systems for free-flowing materials for over 50 years.

With a dosing range from 0.070kg/h to more than 3,500kg/h per device, more or less any production requirement is covered, from the smallest screw conveyor to the sophisticated gravimetric mixing station. The machines are used by plastics processors and manufacturers of high-quality extrusion and injection moulding machines worldwide.
Woywod is represented with “Plasticolor” products at “Interwire 2023” – and visitors can expect interesting new products around plastic processing. The Plasticolor system is exclusively finished and tested at their factory in Werneuchen/Seefeld. The latest development in the Woywod product range is the robust dosing unit “PC 1500” with a new function: The automatic device cleaning. This degree of automation is a huge advantage for many manufacturers. The current control system – developed in-house – for individual volumetric dosing units will also be presented to the public.
