This year, the trade journal WIRE is celebrating 75 years of publication. The first issue of WIRE appeared in 1951, published by Prost+Meiner Verlag in Coburg. This marked the beginning of a tradition that continues to this day under the Meisenbach publishing house in Bamberg.
