Mario Frigerio acquired Ernst Koch
Beginning January 2020 Mario Frigerio S.p.A. acquired the intellectual property rights (IP rights) of the long established Ernst Koch GmbH+Co. KG, Germany.

Molteno/Italy (MFL Group) – With the acquisition, Koch and MFL Group will strengthen their presence in Germany and complete their portfolio of products in the wire and rope division with reinforcement steel wire lines as well as cold heading wire lines.
