In an extraordinary meeting, the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG appointed Dirk Schulte (59) as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director, following a recommendation by IG Metall. Currently serving as a member of the Executive Board and Labor Director at enercity AG, Schulte assumed his new role at thyssenkrupp Steel on January 1, 2025.
