The AWCMA (Austrian Wire and Cable Machinery Manufacturers´ Association) has been founded by Dr. Eder in 1988 and stands for wire and cable production machines and technology made in Austria. 20 specialist companies are available to provide ideal technical solutions for the wire and cable production worldwide. The exceptionally high standard and technical leadership of the Association’s members in the fields of technology and engineering are recognised worldwide and as a result, AWCMA members have become preferred partners of the international wire and cable industry. All Austrian AWCMA specialist firms are available at “wire & tube 2026” in hall 10 to apply state-of-the-art technology to the solution of any wire and cable production problems and will display their products at the Austrian Group Pavilion in Hall 10 and on individual stands (Rosendahl-Nextrom, EVG, Fortuna) in halls No. 9, 15 and 16. As a tradition already, splendid Austrian hospitality of its best will be offered to all AWCMA members and their visiting guests and our friends in the special “Café Vienna”, located within the Austrian Pavilion (10/D24-07), particularly during the “Austrian evening” on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at 5:30 pm. All Austrian Specialist companies – be them exhibiting within the Austrian Pavilion or on individual Stands in other halls – will be at full disposal to all visitors at “wire 2026”.
