Centering concepts adapted to every level of precision
Concentricity control is a critical parameter in cable/pipe extrusion. To address different production strategies and accuracy requirements, Erocarb SA offers several centering system configurations:
Front centering, a cost-effective and versatile solution, well suited for standard applications. It combines simplicity with reliable adjustment and is widely used for its robustness and ease of integration.
Rear centering, designed to improve accessibility and reduce adjustment effort, rear centering allows more comfortable and precise settings, especially when frequent corrections are required. Its more elaborate design provides enhanced ergonomics for operators.
Fine-tuning centering, developed for small cable dimensions and very thin insulation layers, this micro-centering system enables extremely fine and repeatable adjustments. It is particularly suited for applications where precision and stability are critical.
Fixed centering, based on high-precision mechanical alignment, fixed centering requires no adjustment. It offers excellent concentricity through machining accuracy alone and is ideal for stable, repeatable production processes.
Accessories designed to support daily operations
Beyond crossheads themselves, Erocarb SA develops a wide range of accessories aimed at simplifying production, maintenance and cleaning operations.
Like the Telescopic distributor dismantling systems, allowing distributors to be safely removed and cleaned directly on the extrusion line.
Or all types of Bypass valve systems, available in manual, pneumatic or hydraulic versions, reducing downtime during maintenance or material changes.
And finally, let's not forget a wide range of wire guides and dies, covering all common extrusion processes, from compression to tube extrusion.
