You can process in tandem the tip on the chamfering machine, then the grooves on the roll- and segment-rolling machine, and then the final thread on the flat die threading machine. This way, every workpiece becomes a finished product without having to pass from one machine to another. These units eliminate loading and unloading operations, thereby reducing processing time and minimizing the risk of dents.
