New wire innovations include a wet grinding system
EJP Maschinen together with its daughter company EJP Wire Technology will exhibit at „wire/Tube Mexico” for the first time.

Jacques Paraskevas and Marvin Potschien together with their local agents will be happy to show visitors their latest innovations for the finishing of wire, bars, tubes and profiles out of steel and non-ferrous material.
New on the bar, tube and profile side is their unique “TQC”, an innovative quality control system for in-line checking of straightness quality, surface quality, shape quality and chamfering quality.
Moreover, EJP will present their first generation of high-speed, high-precision double wheel grinding machines.
The new wire innovations include a wet grinding system, which ensures higher efficiency due to a longer service life of the grinding belts and at the same time guarantees a low surface temperature on the wire.
In addition, the company has developed an innovative corrosion protection with the Traxit company, which is applied after the drawing process and makes the wire particularly resistant.
