The line produces all fiber optic indoor cables, including tight buffers, simplex/duplex, drop cables, and distribution cables. The high-speed fiber pay-offs handle bare fibers, tight buffers, and even reinforced elements such as FRPs and aramid yarns. The extruder’s high output provides homogeneous and linear flow with all plastic materials used in FO cable production. The brand-new “TM1250” take-up operates with a wide range of reels and cables while staying within a small footprint. All components can be integrated with existing machinery to turn any loose tube line into a flexible multipurpose line.
