Mathiasen secures exclusive contract
Mathiasen Machinery, Inc. has secured an exclusive contract with Brenton Manufacturing of Casper, Wyoming to sell a complete steel wire galvanizing plant installed in 2023, featuring a “Magneto Hydro Dynamic” (MHD) rod galvanizing line designed for 5.5mm and 6.0mm steel rod, operating at speeds of 60m/min to 200m/min.

The equipment is currently installed but is no longer in production. The line includes all necessary equipment to produce galvanized and Galfan-coated steel wire, processing rod from 0.25 in. (6.0mm) down to 0.076 in. (1.9mm) using the included DEM SpA (Italy) rod breakdown drawing machine. MHD galvanizing is widely recognized as an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional hot-dip galvanizing operations.
The equipment has very low operating hours and is available for immediate dismantling and shipment. Inspections may be arranged by appointment in Casper, Wyoming.
