Weiler introduces more productive, consistant, and guaranteed high quality grinding wheels. Their new “Zone wheel” features the most selected corundums of aluminum oxide. “Zone wheel” is a spring grinding wheel in which increased productivity and reduced dressing play a key role.

This changes all of the basics for spring ends grinding, making it possible to grind them even more aggressively than before. In addition, this product is engineered to fit perfectly to all kinds of grinding machines, so that you can achieve the high precision, efficiency, and durability you need to meet, at today's high demands. Specially adjusted compositions offer the highest level of grinding optimization for springs between 0.8mm and 1.6mm thick.
The grinding wheel is distinguished by a special binder, that is the incredible result of knowledge and experience of Weiler Abrasives in-house engineers. As a result, this grinding wheel is up to 20%-30% more productive in comparison to other compared spring grinding wheels. At the same time, the reduction in dressing is three times smaller.
