At the trade fair, the focus will be on intelligent automation and maximum process reliability. A particular highlight will be the self-cleaning “PC 1500” dosing unit. The fully automatic cleaning system enables material changes in approximately 90 seconds, setting new standards in efficiency and ease of use.

Another highlight is the ultrasonic material flow sensor for real-time monitoring of the material flow directly at the dosing unit's outlet. This innovative sensor technology significantly improved process control and helps to sustainably prevent production errors as well as material and secondary costs.

The trade fair presentation will be complemented by selected volumetric and gravimetric mixing stations, conveying and colour-changing systems, throughput measurement devices and magnetic separators – solutions designed for both standardised applications and individual customer requirements.

Also on display for the first time at “wire” is Woywod's new exhibition stand, which celebrated its premiere at “K 2025” and now provides the perfect setting for personal technical discussions.
