Before this groundbreaking machine left their factory, it went through a final mechanical adjustment. While this is a standard and essential step, this time it also became a moment to reflect on what 500 deliveries truly represent: experience accumulated over decades and knowledge that must be actively passed on.

In the workshop, team leaders from the mechanical department, skilled fitters, and sales engineer Stefan Petersson worked side by side on the adjustment. Stefan brings long-earned industry and technical knowledge, gained through years of working with wire producers and “No Twist Coiler” installations around the world. His insights go far beyond drawings, covering how machines behave in real production environments and how small adjustments can have a major impact on performance.

For the team involved, this was not just about preparing one machine for shipment. It was about ensuring that the expertise behind the “500th No Twist Coiler” continues to live on within the organization. Younger colleagues had the opportunity to learn directly at the machine, turning experience into shared competence.

The “No Twist Coiler” technology has been pioneered since 1992, continuously refined through customer feedback, engineering development, and hands-on experience. Reaching 500 delivered “NTC” units is a clear confirmation of the technology’s reliability, its relevance to the wire industry, and the trust customers place in Lämneå Bruk.

As the “500th No Twist Coiler” now leaves our factory, it carries more than proven technology. It carries decades of know-how, collaboration across departments, and a commitment to quality that will define the next generation of “NTC” solutions.
